Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine milk, bananas, yogurt, honey, vanilla, ground cinnamon and nutmeg; process until smooth. Add up to 5 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth. Makes 2 drinks.
